Privacy Agreement¶

This page provides a high-level overview of legal and compliance information for the InvestLens platform. It is not a substitute for the full policies.

1. Privacy Policy¶

InvestLens’ Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information, and the choices available to users.

By accepting platform credentials (for example, receiving and using an issued username/password) and/or by logging in to the InvestLens platform, each user indicates their consent to the Privacy Policy referenced above.

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, do not use the platform.

3. Security and confidentiality¶

InvestLens uses security controls intended to protect user accounts and data (for example, encrypted connections in transit and safeguards around access). Users are responsible for:

Keeping credentials confidential
Using strong, unique passwords
Not sharing access links or invitations with unintended recipients

4. Third-party services¶

InvestLens is cloud-hosted and may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform (for example, hosting, databases, monitoring, and email delivery).

5. Product and investment disclaimer¶

InvestLens provides analytics, tools, and information intended to support research and decision-making. It does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Users are solely responsible for investment decisions and for ensuring the platform is used in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

6. Changes to policies¶

InvestLens may update its legal policies from time to time. The latest versions will be published on InvestLens-controlled pages, including the Privacy Policy link above. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
